Laser Marking Fixture
These laser marking fixtures for Phillips Precision, Inc. in Boylston, MA were printed on a MakerBot Method X with black ABS plastic.



Hose Spicket Spacer
A customer requested a piece to fill the gap between the outside wall of his home and the flange on his hose spicket. A diagram was sent by e-mail through an Excel file, and a 3D model and drawing was created. An STL file was exported and the piece was printed with black ABS plastic on a MakerBot Method X.

Ring Security System Post Coupler
The post coupler on a Ring security system sign was broken and was replaced with a nylon carbon fiber coupler design. The metal plungers from the broken coupler were removed and assembled into the new carbon fiber coupler. Measurements were taken with digital vernier calipers and the CAD design was completed in Solidworks.

IqLOO Cooler Latch
The latch on an IqLoo cooler broke and was replaced by a latch that was printed with Elegoo Tough Resin using MSLA technology. Measurements were taken with digital vernier calipers and the CAD design was completed in Solidworks.

King and Queen Chess Pieces
Duplicate king and queen chess pieces made with a bronzefill filament using the Method X. Measurements were taken with digital vernier calipers and the CAD design was completed in Solidworks.
